Authorities in the autonomous coastal city state of Neustern have announced a massive public/private building programme (PPBP). Over the next 13 months the number of built structures in Neustern will triple. A significant emphasis will be placed on the erection of high rise and super high rise buildings designed to perform various commercial, cultural and administrative functions. Headline projects in the building program include: a general hospital, opera house, cathedral and full facilities for an aggressive Olympic games bid. Architect Gary Farrelly has been named as the project manager.***********************************************************************
Meanwhile: Artist Gary Farrelly has announced his intention to continue developing the body of artworks inspired by the autonomous coastal city state of Neustern. An expanded and elaborated version of the exhibition All roads lead to Neustern is already progressing and will be shown off shore in 2012/2013.
